Here’s what we have learned. organisations with highly charged batteries have much higher change effectiveness scores. The more fully charged the batteries, the more likely executives are to see the transformation as a success.

Remember the mythical 70% failure rate for organizational transformation processes that the change management literature swears by? We found that by using the Six Batteries model, change failure rates drop to 30-58%, depending on how change effectiveness is measured and on the type of transformation at stake.
